This privacy policy describes how MFA Asset Management, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “MFA Asset Management”, “us” or “we”) collect, use, share and protect information obtained from you via this web site (the “Site”).

Data Retention 

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact information such as mailing list information is kept until a user unsubscribes to our mailing lists or requests that we delete their contact information. Resumes are deleted when they are either no longer under consideration or are considered outdated by MFA Asset Management’s Human Resources department and/or our affiliate, MFA Talent Management.

Regardless of the provisions above, we may retain your personal information where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

When personally identifiable information is retained, MFA Asset Management assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information once a visitor has submitted and verified the data. MFA Asset Management does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information. If MFA Asset Management is informed that any personal data collected through the Site is no longer accurate, MFA Asset Management will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by you.

Each of MFA Asset Management’s emails includes an automated way for you to unsubscribe (“opt out”) from a specific MFA Asset Management communication or from all marketing communications sent by MFA Asset Management. You are also legally entitled to request details of the personally identifiable information we are retaining about you.
